No. You can start simply and use only what helps you today. If something feels unclear, send us a message and we will help you take the next step without jargon.

No. eCoach can support your preparation, but it cannot know every detail about your players, facilities, weather, injuries, or match context. Always use your own coaching judgment before applying any idea in real training.

Treat AI suggestions as a first draft, not as a final answer. Review them carefully, adapt them to your team, and ignore anything that does not feel safe, useful, or realistic for your situation.

Only add information that you truly need for coaching and team care. Keep personal, health, and contact details accurate, limited, and protected, especially when they relate to young players.

When information relates to children or young players, make sure you have the right permission and follow your club, academy, and local safeguarding rules. If you are unsure, ask a responsible club contact before adding sensitive details.

No. Each account and subscription is personal. Every person who uses eCoach must use their own account so access, responsibility, and security remain clear.

No. Accounts and subscriptions cannot be sold, rented, lent, shared, or transferred to someone else. If your team needs more people to join, each person should be invited through the proper account flow.

Payments are handled by Stripe. eCoach does not store your full card number. If you have a payment question, contact us and include the email connected to your account so we can help faster.

You can request cancellation or billing help whenever you need it. We will explain what happens next in plain language, including any paid period that may still be active.

Yes. You can contact us about access, correction, a copy of your information, or deletion of personal data. Some records may need to be kept for legal, billing, safety, or security reasons, but we will explain that clearly if it applies.

Send a short description of what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and the email on your account. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive player information.

Football, basketball, tennis, padel and volleyball. Each one has its own court or pitch with the real markings and dimensions, its own equipment and a tactics board that matches how the sport is actually played.

English, Greek, Italian and Spanish. The whole app is translated, not just the menus: the walkthrough, the exported sheets and the AI briefings follow the language you pick. You can change it at any time from the language menu in the header.

An account and a modern browser. There is nothing to install: eCoach runs on a laptop, a tablet and a phone, and the drill editor is built to be used with your fingers on a touch screen. Your work syncs to your account, so a drill you start on the laptop is on the pitch with you the next morning.

Yes. You can export a drill or a session as a PDF to print or send, and you can share a drill with a link or a QR code that opens it directly. Players you have given access to also get their own view of what concerns them, without seeing the rest of your workspace.

Yes. Your work is organised into seasons, so attendance, load and reports are read for the season you are looking at instead of being averaged across your whole career. A player who leaves is archived rather than erased, so last season keeps the numbers it actually had.

Set your shape, move players and opponents, draw runs and ball routes and build set pieces on a pitch with the real markings for your sport. You can save a board, come back to it and export it the same way you export a drill.

Yes. Alongside the classic tokens there is a designed mode where you choose the colours, the symbol and the styling for each side, so your team and the opponent are told apart at a glance. What you see on the board is what comes out in the export.

Yes. You can invite staff members who work alongside you, each with their own login, and you decide what they can reach. Nobody shares a password, and you can remove access at any time.

A seat for the person who oversees several coaches in the same academy. A director gets a read only overview of the academy and a direct chat with its coaches, and never authors training content. Player medical and contact details stay with the coaches and are never exposed to the director.

Yes, a free 7 day trial on Pro and Enterprise, so you can try everything on a real pitch before deciding. When it ends you choose the plan that fits your setup. Whatever you decide, the drills, sessions and players you created stay in your account.

Pro opens the realistic 3D figures, video export, the club crest on your exported sheets, the load and wellness analytics, a staff and academy director seat and unlimited drills, sessions and tactics.
